This notice explains how Mohamed Salahuddin Consulting Engineering Company W.L.L. ("MSCEB") handles the personal data you provide when you apply for a position through this careers portal.
What we collect
The information requested in our Bahrain and Saudi Arabia personal data forms: identity and contact details, passport and identification numbers, education, professional registration, employment history, salary information, references, declarations, and the documents you upload (such as your CV, certificates and photograph). We ask whether you have a health condition that may affect your ability to perform the duties of the role or that requires workplace adjustments. If you answer Yes, the details you give are used only to consider workplace adjustments and fitness-for-work requirements, and are processed only with your explicit consent.
Why we use it
To assess your suitability for the role you applied for, to communicate with you about your application, to verify the information you provide, and — if you are offered a position — to prepare your employment, visa and onboarding documents.
Who can see it
Only authorised MSCEB HR staff and, where relevant, the managers involved in the selection decision. Your application may be shared between MSCEB's offices in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia for recruitment purposes. We do not sell your data.
How we protect it
The portal uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passport and ID numbers, health information and criminal-record details are encrypted in our database. Uploaded documents are stored in a protected location that is not publicly accessible, and every access by HR staff is logged.
How long we keep it
Applications are kept for up to 24 months after the recruitment process closes, unless you are employed by MSCEB (in which case your data becomes part of your employee record) or you ask us to delete it earlier.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018) and Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law.
